ALHAMBRA, Calif. (KABC)– Go shopping with Roxanne Ochoa and you might find yourself saying “Whoa!”
When it comes to amassing deals, she handles it with ease.
And without cutting off a single coupon.
All she needs is her phone, a handful of the right apps, and time to research the right deals.
target is one of her favorite apps, mostly because she says the retailer is really good at offering same-priced deals at its big competitors like Walmart and Amazon.
Plus, use a Target card – and get an additional 5% off your entire purchase.
“And don’t forget: a lot of times you can double down not only with private label apps but also with a retail app, and you’re adding deal after deal,” she says.
“The best thing about cashback is that it stacks,” says Kristin McGrath RetailMeNot. “So you could use a promo code that the retailer gave you, and then you get your money back on top of that.”
You might not get rich cutting digital coupons, but you can certainly free up some of your much-needed dollars when inflation makes everything more expensive.
Ochoa says she easily saves at least $100 in a month and well over $1,000 over the course of a year.
That’s not a bad chunk of loose change – and you don’t have to whip out your scissors to get it.
